During my time at Philips Design, I worked on various Philishave projects, including the Philishave CoolSkin Limited-Edition series, and Philishave for the Asian market.
Some of the projects often involve product graphics solutions, as well as low-level interactions, which is challenging in itself due to the technical specifications and orientation towards small-screens and other visual modalities as feedback.
Often my roles in this project were visual and interaction designer, providing graphical and interaction solutions and art direction. I worked closely with the product designer(s), visual trend analysts, engineering teams, external suppliers and reported directly to the account managers/directors and clients.
In general, Philips Domestic Appliances and Personal Care is my favorite client to work for. Despite the low-level interaction of their products, it takes me away from the "desktop UI", or at least, the screen interaction, for a little while.
